THE STORM IN MY HEART, from Norweigan director Pål Jackman, is a heartfelt story of life's relationships, featuring the tempered Eivind who isn¹t scared of anything- except love. The film won the Audience Award for Best film at the Tromso International Film Festival.

Eivind, lives aboard a boat in the South of Norway. Thirty years ago Eivind left his homestead and his teenage sweetheart behind, and he has not been back since. Suddenly young Kris appears in Eivinds life, a man who wants to travel the world but didn¹t get any longer than to the lifeboat of Jernanger. The two men finds one another and together they hatch a great plan.
 
Director Pål Jackman (born 1967, Haugesund, Norway) has directed shorts and advertising films and received large attention for his first short film, Benny ¬ a playful and easygoing film in both style and content. Jackman made his feature debut in 2000 with Detector.
